All returns are at our discretion of Defcon. If you are buying non-consumable items, of course they will be covered by applicable warranties provided by the manufacture.
Please do not call and say: "A segment fell of my saw blade! Send me a new one!" Saw blade segments are laser welded. We know exactly what happend...the quartz pinched the blade, the operator munched it....etc...
If we marked everying up a billion percent then ya...we could offer that kind of return policy...we sell good shit that works. If it's not working for you call us and we will help you learn to use the tool correctly. If something trully fails...give us a call and we will make it right.
Simple really....don't be a jackass. You can always shop someplace else and pay more...it's your call.
